OPHELIA'S ROPE
A two-woman team that summons inspiration from an audience based suggestion, Ophelia's Rope sets out on a journey of interpretation, deconstructing whatever idea they land on to build a unique world. Hopefully they bring laughs, possibly they bring tears, and ideally they bring a new perspective.
Baby Knuckle is a longform IMPROV COMEDY troupe out of Houston featuring Ryan Bradley Heine, Adam Pecht, Nate Suurmeyer and Chad Minchew.
Ryan, Adam, and Nate are former members of Houston's Massive Improv and Rogue Improv theater groups with extensive stage experience. Ryan was an instructor/performer with Rogue Improv and also studied and performed at Improv Olympic (IO) West in Los Angeles from 2006 to 2009. Chad is an improv gunslinger with countless performances as part of Comedy Sportz Houston's Ampersand and Epilogue HD. Together they will form a completely improvised 30 minute Harold-esque playground, kicking it off with a organic free form opening and exploring that connected universe with richer than rich characters that you care for and fear, stories you must hear, and laughs your belly craves. Nothing is more pure than a baby's knuckle. And friggin' hilarious.
Collectively, the members of Baby Knuckle have performed in the Houston Improv Festival, Megaphone Marathaon (Austin-Houston), Austin Out of Bounds Festival, Del Close Marathon (NYC), and the Los Angeles Improv Festival. Baby Knuckle has performed in venues across Houston including Comedy Sportz, Rudyard's British Pub, Avant Garden, Midtown Arts Center, and Beta Theater.
The Epilogue HD is a long form improv troupe made of seven of Houston's finest improvisers. At the top of the show they interview one of the audience members about their favorite story or fairy tale. With the audience member's information, The Epilogue HD explores what happens after the fairy tale through long form improvisation.
Troupe members have a combined 20+ years experience at ComedySportz, have studied at the Annoyance Theatre, the iO Theatre, and the Second City Theatre in Chicago Illinois. Together they form the Houston super group, The Epilogue HD.
Shannan Scarselletta, Chad Minchew, Benjamin Mattice, Kelly Harkins, EmilyBinion Clay, Steph DeWaegeneer Collier, and Christine Wines are very proud to present, The Epilogue HD.
Guns for Hire got their start as Beta Max - the house troupe for Beta Comedy Theater in Houston, TX. Consisting of members of Rogue, Phortasics, and ComedySportz Houston, they are a volatile mix of energy, smarts, character, and experience. They take on every dare, light every wick, and loosen every cannon to challenge themselves to make sense of chaos - and have a blast doing it.

Kirk and Colin are Down for Anything and you better be too! Using a simple suggestion these two boys will take you on a journey with complex characters and fast paced narratives. Down for Anything is comprised of Colin David and Kirk Ellis, two members of Houston's award winning improv troupe Glaundor, winners of the 2013 National College Improv Tournament.
